1General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tr444 platform and all its services. By accessing tr444 through the website, mobile version, or any other channel, you voluntarily agree to these Terms.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents form an inseparable part of these Terms.

tr444 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use the tr444 platform and create an account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for persons aged 21 and above only.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement.
• Own behalf: You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• One account: Only one account per person is permitted.

Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account cancellation, and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

3Account Registration & Verification

When registering with tr444, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

The name, address, mobile number, and payment method details provided at registration must be truthful and verifiable. tr444 reserves the right to verify identity at any stage.

3.2 Verification Process

For account verification, tr444 may request a copy of your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Creating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. In suspected cases, tr444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any bonuses.

4Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your tr444 account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

• The user is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.

• Using a strong password and changing it regularly is recommended.

5Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on tr444 are governed by the following rules:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tr444 currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Successfully submitted withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tr444 complies with internationally recognized Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Accounts may be temporarily suspended for investigation of suspicious transactions.

6Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from tr444 are provided subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus means fully accepting the associated terms.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000 and a total balance of ৳3,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

A bonus may be cancelled if any of the following occur:

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Accepting bonuses from multiple accounts using the same IP address or device.
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the bonus terms.
• If bonus-abuse behaviour is detected.

7Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games operated on the tr444 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are entirely random and not predetermined.

7.1 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on any sporting event. If a match is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, tr444 reserves the right to refund the relevant bets or settle them according to specific rules.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by world-class providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The dealer's decision is final. Rounds interrupted due to technical faults may be declared void.

7.3 System Errors

tr444 bears no responsibility for incorrect payouts caused by software or network errors. The right to cancel any such payments is reserved.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tr444 platform:

• Strategically abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to operate games.
• Attempting to hack accounts or steal other users' information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Collusion or fraudulent winnings achieved through coordination with other players.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

9Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the tr444 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software code, databases, and text — is the intellectual property of tr444 or its licensors. Copying, redistributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Users are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tr444 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Game disruption due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Damage resulting from cyber attacks, provided tr444 has taken reasonable security measures.

Online gaming is a financially risky activity. tr444 advises users to play responsibly and not to wager beyond their means.

11Account Suspension & Closure

tr444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• Instructions from law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactive for an extended period.

Upon account closure where no breach of terms has occurred, any valid funds remaining in the balance will be returned. Wagering terms apply to bonus-related funds.
